The Meadowood Condominium Villages originally commenced construction in the
early 1970's. By 1980 the Villages were officially certified as Meadowood
Condominium Association, Inc. a not for profit organization under the laws
of the State of Florida. Meadowood is a multi-condominium community made up
of four separate villages totaling three hundred and forty one units.
Meadowood Condos offer quality living
in a plush, all-inclusive community. Although
just minutes from the city, it seems worlds apart.
Our residents enjoy strolls through the miles
of shaded trails which wind themselves through the grounds
and around a picturesque lake. It is not uncommon to
share a walk right along side skaters, bikers and local wildlife out to catch
some Florida rays.
Members of the community have access to any of our wonderful amenities. With
four pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, RV storage lot and clubhouse; there is
always something to do. The clubhouse provides for a great place to mingle with
the neighbors or host community events.
Meadowood is situated just minutes from the commercial
district and restaurants of Temple Terrace and
only ten minutes from Busch Gardens. Three major highways
make access to other parts of the state just a hop, skip
and a jump away.

The Board of Directors normally meets the fourth Monday of each month at the clubhouse. All meeting dates are tentative. Watch for notices at entrances 48-hours in advance.
